The furnace frame cleaning device is composed of a bearing pendant, a fixed frame, a knife box, an anti-radiation plate, a driving cylinder and a rectifying mechanism.
Before the frame clearing reaches the furnace, the positioning baffle and the furnace door hook guide the frame clearing device into the working position. The oil cylinder drives the knife box to move up and down as a whole to clean the mirror and inside of the furnace door frame. Both inside and outside the scraper are separated structure, with compression compensation, can adapt to the deformation of furnace frame.
