1. The drive solution of ABB inverter to control AC asynchronous motor is an international general technology, mature, high-end and reliable.
The drive mode is the core key technology of electric screw press. Our company draws on the mainstream electric screw press drive system in the world-that is, the AC asynchronous motor drive solution driven by frequency conversion technology; after long-term operation practice, it has been proved that this solution has many unique advantages:

● The output torque is stable and has no fluctuations;
● The operating noise and vibration are smaller.
2. The dual motor gear transmission method is adopted, which has high efficiency and low wear.

6. Energy closed-loop control makes each strike more accurate.
The special energy monitoring technology we developed forms a closed-loop control with the drive system, so that the energy of each strike can be used as much as possible to form the forging, avoiding the excess energy from acting on the forging die, thereby greatly improving the life of the die, while reducing the cost of the die and reducing the downtime of changing the die.
